I've been using these note books since they first I think came out and besides the water proof feature they also look very Professional in Court. I realize that 'looking Professional' isn't in the Book anymore or LEOs would still be wearing Stetsons or Bus Driver caps and not Baseball Caps, which don't take any care because they are designed to be tossed as soon as they get a little dirt on them. But, I can tell you that looking and acting Professional is still very important.

They come in packs of 3 which ends up being around $5 each. Yes that is expencive, but if you have ever lost important info because of the rain while on scene, you will wish you had this.

Unless you work in Seattle from what I hear it rains almost daily yearlong there, why would anyone in their right mind pay $10 per notebook? Yeah, it works fine. Buy some if money is no object in your life.
