Promotional Guidelines
Promotions subject to change without notice. Subtotal excludes gift certificates. Promotional offers limited to Standard Best Way Delivery to a single address within the Continental US. Full shipping cost will be applied to expedited orders including all surcharges for shipments to AK and HI.
Certain offers may exclude items shipping direct from the manufacturer, or that are purchased with a government purchase credit card, or that have special shipping rates (i.e. heavy/bulky items, hazardous materials, custom items, etc... additional shipping may also be required on these items, see product pages for detail). Offers are valid at time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous, future or contract pricing orders. Offers reflected on Order Review page. All promotions exclude gift certificates and special ordered items. Percent and dollar off promotions exclude all products from 5.11 Tactical, Intoximeter, Oakley, Nike, Under Armour and Whelen, except where otherwise noted. Gift with purchase offers have limited quantities and are available while supplies last.
At any time, Quartermaster may advertise different promotions in different marketing channels (i.e. email, web search, comparison shopping sites, etc.). These offers cannot be combined with other offers you might see advertised elsewhere.

Pricing on the Website Although every effort is made to keep our website error-free, occasionally a mistake will occur. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the error. Quartermaster reserves the right to change product pricing at any time.
Order Status Inquiries
Q. When will I receive my order?
Orders of in-stock merchandise received Monday through Friday by 5:00 p.m. ET are usually shipped the same day for receipt within 3-5 business days.
You should expect an extended delivery date when:
- Merchandise requires personalization
- Merchandise is shipped direct from the manufacturer
- Merchandise is of an irregular size or weight that doesn't allow for air delivery
- Merchandise is a full-size lightbar
- Merchandise is on back order from the manufacturer
- Shipment is destined for a US Territory or Possession, a Foreign Nation, Canadian Province or contains a Military Shipping Code (APO/FPO, etc.)
- The transaction is for a restricted item and or restricted destination requiring a US Government authorized export license for shipment
If you need your order sooner than our fast Standard Best Way Delivery, you can specify 2-Day Air Delivery (additional charges apply). For these services, orders must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are processed on the next business day. Fast delivery requires you to supply us with a street address for shipping; using a P.O. Box address may delay your order. Important note regarding delivery of hazardous materials: The shipping of hazardous materials is heavily regulated. If your order contains these items (including pepper spray, flares, etc;), they will be shipped Standard Best Way Delivery regardless of the delivery method selected at Checkout.
Q. What happens if the product I order is not available?
The product will be ordered for you and automatically shipped out once received. Most of the time, the product has already been ordered by our Purchasing Department. Ifwe have your updated email address, we will inform you via email when your product is shipped. If you have any questions regarding your order, please call our Customer Service line toll free at 1-800-444-8643 from M-F 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., Sat 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Q. If a product requires proof of occupation, how do I provide the credentials required to place my order?
Because of the unique protective aspect of Law Enforcement and Public Safety, many of our products are not sold to the general public. Products that identify the purchaser as Law Enforcement or certain restricted Public Safety titles as well as propducts such as automatic opening knives, large containers of defense sprays, and batons are sold only to law enforcement, military and some security personnel with proof of occupation.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax to Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Deleware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin and will be calculated upon checkout. The specific tax rate is based upon the shipped from and shipped to information in your specific order.
We are required by law to collect tax in all 50 states where sales tax is collected and Quartermaster does business. We turn over all monies collected to the appropriate government agencies and we are audited by these agencies on a regular basis. Quartermaster does not profit from the collection of sales tax.
For our tax exemptcustomers, state laws require us to haveyour signed tax exemption or resale certificate on file at our offices. We are required to charge you sales tax if we do not have this documentation.
If your agency's online purchases are being taxed and you've already qualified for tax exempt status and have your letter or certificate on file with us, please contact us so we can get this corrected.
Q. Can I cancel my order and how long would it take to get my credit back?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't been shipped or customized. If you cancel prior to ship confirmation, your credit card will not be charged and if you've mailed a check to us, you will receive a check within 10-12 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Q. How are shipping and handling (S&H) charges calculated?
Almost all standard shipping charges are based on the total dollar value of your order.
When purchasing online, you can view your shipping charge before submitting your order and you will have the opportunity to select an alternative shipping method if desired.
Additional shipping charges will apply for products of excessive size or weight.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any custom feesand special shipping and handling charges. Tariff charges do not apply.
Q. How can I track my package?
You can if you choose FedEx or DHL (international) as a delivery option.
Q. Can I use my own shipping account number to ship my order?
Yes, you can as long as it is with one of the majorcarriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.) Additional handling fees will be applied.
Q. Can I ship my order by USPS mail?
Yes. P.O. Boxes, APO's, FPO's, and other Military orders will be shipped by USPS mail.
Q. What shipping method can I use for my international order?
All international orders are shipped DHL Air only for speed and tracking purposes. Delivery time varies with each country.
