Shipping Information

At Quartermaster, we strive to get your order to you the fastest and most economical way possible. Choose our Standard Shipping or select from a variety of options.

Shipping rates are based on the total order amount:

For Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air, shipping charges are based on a number of factors, including weight and size of the package to be shipped and the shipping location (Zone). If the price is different than what you submitted, you will be contacted by one of our sales representative with those changes. The order will not be submitted until we have the customer's approval.

All online shipping promotions are applicable for ground shipping within the continental United States ONLY (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other international orders).

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico there will be an additional $24.99 shipping cost added to your order. If the price is different than what you submitted, you will be contacted by one of our sales representative with those changes. The order will not be submitted until we have the customer's approval.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Air only. For all foreign addresses, multiply the Standard Shipping charge by 6 to estimate the shipping cost.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs, tariffs and local fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are normally payable to your local customs office and would be in addition to the amount of the order.

All orders, including 2 Day and Next Day are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Orders that are placed before 2:00pm PST and do not include customization or out-of-stock items will be shipped the same day.

For orders that include any customization (embroidery, silkscreening, hemming, striping, applying patches, etc.), please allow an additional 5-6 days.

Heavy orders or products in oversized boxes may require additional shipping charges.

Some products have restricted shippingoptions. Pepper Sprays cannot be shipped via air, for example. All orders that include items with restricted shipping options will automatically be shipped by Standard Shipping.
