This is an okay shoe. By that, I mean that it is alright for walking around the house, doing yard work, or going to the corner store to pick up a gallon of milk and bread. However, I wouldn''t want to spend a 12 hr. shift in them. There is very little support in the heel. In fact, if you buy these shoes, make sure you have a shoehorn on hand, as the top of the heel tends to flip over on your heel as you maneuver into the shoe. As you walk, you can feel your heel moving around.
