New non-metallic safety toe design is 50% lighter than traditional steel toes.
The Ultra-Lites™ Safety-Toe by Bates® is not only lighter than comparable steel toe boots, it is 35% more flexible and has better shock absorption in the heel and toe areas. The Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic safety toe provides greater structural strength than other composite toe boots with consistent protection throughout the entire toe cap area.
• Uppers constructed of leather and ballistic nylon for dependable and durable wear. • Mesh lining keeps your feet cool, dry and comfortable.
• Non-metallic hook style and speed lace eyelets enhance stealth characteristics -- work with confidence in environments with electronic security.
• Fully cushioned removable EVA footbed with shock absorbing pads for athletic shoe comfort.
• Composite safety toe rated ANSI Z41 PT99 I/75 C/75.
