To Enable Cookies:
You can allow your browser to accept all Cookies or to notify you each time a Cookie is offered and then you decide whether to accept it or not. Below are the instructions for setting your Cookie preferences for Internet Explorer 5.x – 6.x and Netscape 6.x – 7.x.
If you use:
Internet Explorer 5.x choose:
- Tools
- Internet options
- Click Security Tab
- Click Custom Level Button
(To allow all Cookies)
- Under “Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer” click “Enable”
- Under “Allow per-session cookies (not stored),” click “Enable”
- Click OK at the bottom of the Security Settings window
- Click OK at the bottom of the Internet Options window
(To allow only Session Cookies)
- Under “Allow Cookies that are stored on your computer” click “Disable”
- Under “Allow per-session cookies (not stored),” click “Enable”
- Click OK at the bottom of the Security Settings window
- Click OK at the bottom of the Internet Options window
Internet Explorer 6.x choose:
- Tools
- Internet options
- Click Privacy Tab
- Select Advanced
(To allow all Cookies)
- Deselect override automatic cookie handling check box
- Click OK at the bottom of the Advanced Privacy window
- Click OK at the bottom of the Internet Options window
(To allow only Session Cookies)
- Select “Override automatic cookie handling” check box
- Select “Block” under “First-party Cookies”
- Select “Block” under “Third-party Cookies”
- Select “Always allow session Cookies”
- Click OK at the bottom of the Advanced Privacy window
- Click OK at the bottom of the Internet Options window
Netscape 6.x to 7.x choose:
- Edit
- Preferences
- Click Privacy and Security category
- Click Cookies
(To allow all Cookies)
- Choose Enable all Cookies
- Click OK
(To allow only Session Cookies)
- Choose Enable Cookies for the originating web site only
- Click OK
